Busy-ness

Busy, busy, busy!!! I haven't had much time for blogging lately. I had a post I was working on and never got to finish and I haven't made anymore attempts to finish it. There has just been too much going on lately. Untill I get back into the swing of regular posting here are a few pictures from the past couple of weekends.

Thank you for all the suggestions. The last shoe was my favorite too. The only down fall was that I couldn't find it in any stores. I really like to try shoes on before purchasing them if at all possible. I hadn't been able to do a whole lot of searching for shoes so on Saturday (after the Susan G. Komen race for a cure) me and mom went searching!

I ended getting a pair at my first stop DSW. They had to options with a 10$ difference and I happened to like the cheaper pair. : )

I must admit they are kind of funny looking, but when on they look cute. And after looking at about 10 other places it's the only shoes I could find!

They go with the dress perfectly!

Now, I am just hoping and praying it doesn't cost an arm and a leg to have the dress altered!!

I Need Your Help!

I am in a wedding at the end of the month. It's set for outside and I am having a hard time with what shoe to wear with our dresses. The bride doesn't really care what we get. She suggested something with silver tones.

Here are some options I have been looking at....

DSW metallic shoes. Very close color match. $50

I found these a long time ago when we talked about getting dyeable shoes.

I have a thing for bows. BUT we aren't doing dyeable shoes and these were 115$!!



DSW simple silver. 59$



I like this shoe minus the little crown thing. Looks like you can take it off. These are 65$.





What do you think about the color? I am kind of leaning toward this color. I am not sure how silver tone would look?

I just found the above shoe on a different website for 10$ cheaper!! It might be a sign!

Life in Pictures

I have not had much time for anything on the computer lately....I have had several things I want to post, but there's just not a enough time in the day to do everything I need or want to get done.
So here's some pictures from the weekend and a few from this week.

Friday night (last Friday night)-The 3 of us headed to Target. First we had supper at Cracker Barrel, Chad's favorite. It never fails, he always orders Mama's French Toast, ham and eggs sunny side up! Then we went to Target. We ♥ Target!! We ended up only shopping for none other than Olivia. : )

I was going to post pics, but I am not finding any of the online and I am tired of looking. I do however, love this dress, but didn't get it because I was having a hard time deciding what shoes would go with it.

I think I am going back to get it, because it's just too cute and it's only 10$!! You can't beat that!

Saturday- Me & Chad went to the Alabama/Arkansas game. It poured down rain the whole way to Tuscaloosa. I was not really looking forward to getting get drenched. Luckily we had parking passes for a deck only a block away from the stadium, so it was real bad. By the time we got to the stadium and made it to our seats (which were covered) the rain stopped!! It turned out to be a perfect day and Alabama won! We had a lot of fun. I hadn't been to a game in a long time.

Sunday was our Sunday school class get together. We had an 80's skate party at the local skating ring. It was sooo much fun!! I forgot how much I actually like to skate. It's good exercise too! : )
